• When you order: name, phone number, governorate and address, and any delivery notes you write. No email, no bank card, no account required.
• Automatically: IP address, browser type and order time, to protect against fake orders and fraud.
• Your cart: cart contents are stored only in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you confirm an order.

🎯Why we use it

• Confirming your order by phone and delivering it to your address.
• Contacting you about warranty or service tickets.
• Preventing abuse (repeated fake orders, blocked numbers).
• Improving the store through aggregated statistics that do not identify you.

🤝Who we share it with

We share your name, phone and address with the delivery company only, to deliver your order, and with the dealer's service center when needed to honor a warranty. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or other third parties. We may disclose data if required by Iraqi law.

🔐How we protect it

• The site is fully encrypted over HTTPS (TLS) and protected by the Cloudflare network.
• Order data lives on firewalled servers accessible only to the management team through encrypted login.
• We hold no payment data because we accept no electronic payments.

🍪Cookies

We use no advertising trackers. We use your browser's local storage to keep your cart and preferred language only, and may use aggregated performance tools (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that do not track individuals.

🧑‍⚖️Your rights

• Ask to see the data linked to your phone number.
• Ask to correct or delete it once your order is complete and the warranty period has ended.
• Object to any marketing contact (we send none unless you ask).
• To exercise these, message us on WhatsApp or via the contact page; we reply within 3 business days.

📅Retention and updates

We keep order data for the warranty period to provide service, after which it can be deleted at your request. We may update this policy when adding services and will note the date here. Last updated: September 2026.
