Description
The e.l.f. Luminous Putty Primer is a putty-textured primer from the American brand e.l.f. Cosmetics for anyone who wants radiant, glowing skin. It belongs to the famous Putty Primer family, but instead of a matte effect it gives skin a soft, healthy glow that shows through foundation.
The texture starts as a thick putty in the jar and melts on the skin into a silky layer, prepping the face for makeup and making it look fresher and more alive. The original e.l.f. Luminous Putty Primer is available in Iraq for lovers of the glowing-skin look.

- A smooth base that helps foundation spread and last.
